Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. You will provide essential daily living assistance, companionship, and basic health-related tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care.
• CPR certificate is recommended.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and basic exercises under nurse guidance.
• Provide meals as needed and assist with light housekeeping.
• Assist with ostomy care, wound care, and device usage as taught by a nurse.
• Document care and maintain patient comfort and safety.
