Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Six months of HHA/PCA healthcare experience preferred.
• State-approved Nurse Aide or HHA course completion desired.
• Current CPR certificate recommended.
• Read, write, and understand English for job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Provide mobility support and light housekeeping to enable client independence.
• Support with meal preparation and basic nutrition needs.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor/nurse.
• Follow care plan and use PPE as required.
