Job summary

Haven Home Care in Ohio is seeking Home Health Aides to support seniors in Summit County. You’ll provide non-medical care, help with baths, dressing, meals, light housekeeping and errands, working in clients' homes during daytime hours.

Shifts vary from 2 to 8 hours with a goal of 20+ hours per week; wages start at $16/hour (HHA/training) and go up to $18–$20/hour based on license or referral, with holiday extra and paid every two weeks. No overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• STNA license/have a valid license (active or expired) or HHA certificate or equivalent.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide or related care role preferred.
• Willingness to complete training if no prior certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning and errands for older adults.
• Provide companionship and ensure a safe, respectful home environment.
• Coordinate care with clients and matches based on requested days/times.
