Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides in Ohio. Work is in clients' homes, primarily daytime hours 6AM–8PM, with shifts often 2–8 hours and a target of 20+ hours per week.

Duties include baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, and companionship, with no medical tasks performed. Pay varies by certification: STNA $18/hour; HHA certificate or experience $16–$18/hour; free training $16/hour; private pay client referrals $19–$20/hour.

Qualifications

• STNA license qualifies for higher pay (18/hour).
• HHA certificate (30+ hours, RN-signed unless online) qualifies for 16–18/hour.
• Experience — 1+ year with RN or LPN qualifies for 16–18/hour.
• No experience — free 32-hour training qualifies for 16/hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands and companionship.
• This is physical work; you are on your feet during shifts.
• No medical tasks are performed; nurses handle medications.

Education

STNA license
