Job summary

Cura Health in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes, helping them stay independent and safe. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship while following care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting care, staying compliant with safety and infection control protocols, and communicating any changes to the care team. Relevant HHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in home health care or as a Home Health Aide is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Current or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• Dependable transportation for traveling to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and light household tasks.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain documentation of care provided in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
