Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our assisted living communities. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support dignity and independence in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and activity participation, while following individualized care plans and HIPAA guidelines. A valid HHA certification or ability to obtain, and CPR/BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• HHA certification required or ability to obtain within 30–60 days.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents in meals, feeding, and dining participation.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication self-administration under supervision and policy.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
• Follow infection control protocols and HIPAA privacy rules.
• Collaborate with health services team and communicate with families.
