Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a Home Aide to support elderly clients with daily living activities and companionship. The role includes personal care tasks per care plans, meal prep, showers, light housework, and mobility support.

Candidates must communicate in English, maintain punctuality, and provide a current NYS Aide certificate or have 2 years of caregiving experience. A medical physical and required titers/PPD test are also needed.

Formación

• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Must be punctual and on time as scheduled.
• Requires NYS Aide certificate or 2 years caregiving experience for other positions.
• Medical physical within last 12 months with titers (MMR & Chicken Pox) and a PPD test.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the elderly with daily needs, including personal care or companionship.
• Provide meals, daily showers, light housework, laundry, and assistance with mobility.
• Follow client care/task plans and document interventions as required.
