Job summary

Abound Home Health Care in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist patients in their homes with daily living activities, hygiene, transfers, and mobility.

You will document care, follow the care plan, ensure infection control, and communicate changes to the supervising nurse. Current HHA or CNA registration and CPR certification are required.

Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks are essential; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
• Help with safe transfers, walking, and positioning according to the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures.
