Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily living support.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and accompany to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and shopping support.
• Report incidents promptly and respond to emergencies.
