Valid driver’s license and insurable under policy requirements.

Responsibilities

Bathe patient and provide personal care as needed.
Assist with mobility and positioning, including use of transfer devices.
Support prescribed exercises and mobility activities.
Provide meals, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping per care plan.
Administer and remind about medications using electronic reminders.
Document patient status in EMR and report observations.
Transport patients to appointments as needed.
