Care-First-Home-Health-Care in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to administer nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, ensure infection control, and provide on-call coverage. This role requires RN license and at least 1 year of clinical home health experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Preferred, BSN.
• One (1) year experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify needs (identify physical, psychosocial, environmental factors).
• Regularly re-evaluate nursing needs and outcomes; assist in recovery/maintenance of life functions.
