Job summary

Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home in Lombard, IL. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a supportive team focused on respect and care for clients.

Responsibilities include reminders for medications, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and accompaniment to appointments. A driver’s license and 1+ year of home care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong time management to handle multiple visits efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and personal care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and follow care plans.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises and mobility routines.
• Shop for groceries or accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation according to dietary needs.
• Report incidents to the Care Coordinator and participate in safety protocols.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
