Job summary

Healthcare Plus is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as caregivers in Huntley, IL. You will assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure their well-being and safety in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments, and errand runs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
