Job summary

Healthcare Plus is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our in-home caregiver team in McHenry County, IL. You will support clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure their safety and well-being.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong empathy, and good communication with clients and team members. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments, and errand runs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
