Healthcare Plus in McHenry County, IL is seeking caring individuals to join our caregiving team. You will provide assistance with daily living, companionship, and home safety to clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent and comfortable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments, and errand runs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
