Hirebridge LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist clients with daily life per their care plan, helping them maintain independence. Training on ADLs, PPE access, CPR/First Aid, and Dementia care is provided to all.

Qualifications include being at least 18, a High School diploma or GED, CNA preferred but not required; the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, communicate with the Client Care Manager, and complete orientation; HIPAA confidentiality is required.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program 80% passing score on post-orientation exam.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• The Caregiver will demonstrate understanding of and encourage the independent living philosophy.
• The JEVS Care at Home Caregiver will complete a competency examination after attending a training and orientation that address standard regulations. Annually thereafter, the JCAH Caregiver will complete an annual re-certification course and test.
• The Caregiver will maintain confidentiality of client information as per HIPAA regulations.
• The Caregiver will complete instrumental activities of daily living, according to the client’s Plan of Care.
