Job summary

Compassionate Caregivers Home Care - Dublin in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will provide essential nonmedical care, reminders for medications, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care while following RN guidance.

We offer a starting wage of $20 per hour, with higher pay for verified experience, short shifts up to $22, mileage reimbursement, benefits after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Background check with no disqualifying codes required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred; personal references may be considered.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care as needed.
• Assist with bed baths, showering, toileting, safe transferring, and Hoyer lift support.
• Document care accurately and report changes to nurses; transport clients to appointments when required.
