Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide or completion of a 30‑hour training program covering required topics.
• If not meeting the above, complete a 30‑hour company‑paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Be in good physical health with TB test documentation within six months prior to first assignment where required.
• Commitment to professional development and state training requirements.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements; compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 support in clients' homes with light housekeeping, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments.
