Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support across Broward County. You will build relationships with clients, assist with daily activities, and deliver personal care with dignity and respect.

The role requires a valid CNA/HHA or a 40-hour Home Care Course, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work at least two weekly visits with the same client. CPR certification or course completion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA, HHA, or 40-hour Home Care Course.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• CPR certification (Red Cross approved) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and build relationships with clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
