FirstLight Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care in Somerset (Corbin), Kentucky. You will work with a care team to support clients’ daily living activities, safety and well-being in their own homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate companionship, mobility assistance, meal prep, and medication reminders, with on-site client visits throughout the local area. Flexible shifts are available to fit family and personal needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring demeanor essential.
• Clear and respectful communication with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic caregiving knowledge and daily living assistance skills.
• Experience with transfers, mobility support and safe lifting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends is preferred.
