Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in Greenwood, IN, providing in-home care with dignity and compassion. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus and daily pay options, with competitive hourly pay and pathways for training and advancement.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, while meeting CPR/First Aid requirements and maintaining safety standards. Strong communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required before first client contact.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for each client.

Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA | $250 Sign on Bonus*

Hourly Pay Range: $16.50/hour

Daily Pay Available | Urgently Hiring

$250 Sign on Bonus* - Working in Greenwood

Earn $100 when all pre-hire tasks are completed within 7 calendar days. An additional $150 may be earned after completing 30 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 30 days of active employment.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Current CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to first client contact

• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
