Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Greenwood/Indianapolis area. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily living activities, delivering compassionate care and ensuring safety and comfort for each client.

Earn $16.50 per hour with daily pay options. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered, with additional bonuses based on pre-hire tasks and 30 days of employment, and paid training plus career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required prior to first client contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA | $250 Sign on Bonus* Make a Difference Where It Matters Most—At Home Hourly Pay Range: $16.50/hour Daily Pay Available | Urgently Hiring $250 Sign on Bonus* - Working in Greenwood Earn $100 when all pre-hire tasks are completed within 7 calendar days. An additional $150 may be earned after completing 30 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 30 days of active employment.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to first client contact
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
