365 Health Services is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide physical care and emotional support to clients who may not be able to care for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability.

The role emphasizes caring with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect while staying empathetic to clients at all times. Responsibilities include home assistance and companionship to enhance quality of life.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Home assistance including light housekeeping, running errands, transportation, meal preparation, personal care and basic financial tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship and conversation, offering emotional support and engagement to clients.
