365 Health Services seeks a caring Caregiver to support clients who require assistance due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. You will provide physical care, emotional support, and help with daily tasks with dignity, patience, and respect.

The role emphasizes empathy and reliability, offering light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship to improve clients' quality of life in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Home assistance: light housekeeping, errands or transportation, accompany clients to appointments, assist with medications, prepare meals and personal care as needed.
• Companionship: provide conversation and engage clients to promote well‑being and prevent isolation
