Job summary

365 Health Services is seeking a Caregiver to support clients who may not be able to manage independently due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The role emphasizes dignity, patience, compassion, and respectful care within the client’s living environment.

The caregiver will perform in-home tasks, assist with medications, meals, and personal care, and provide companionship to reduce isolation while promoting safety and independence for clients in need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Criminal Background report required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care, light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation if needed. Assist with medications, prepare meals, and support general living needs.
• Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging and assisting an individual.
