Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Direct Care Worker (DCW) to join our Beaver Falls, PA team. The role provides personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship support in the consumer's home environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and helping with meals and laundry. A background check is required and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check required.
• Valid ID/DL and Social Security needed.
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Maintain the home in a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping.
• Provide meal preparation and light laundry as part of daily tasks.
• Treat each consumer with respect and dignity, upholding confidentiality and autonomy.

All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team in the Beaver Falls, PA area.

Position Overview

Provides consumer care services which entail personal care, light housekeeping or companion services to the consumer's home environment including assistance with the activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, meal preparation and laundry, sitter and other related duties and assignments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to: hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Treats each person as an individual with respect and dignity.
• Respects the rights of all consumers including their right to confidentiality and autonomy.
• Maintains the home in the optimum state of cleanliness and safety including but not limited to: light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing floors, making beds, doing dishes, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred)
