Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to serve Fond du Lac and surrounding communities. You'll provide one-on-one care, promoting safety and independence in clients' homes, building trusted relationships with families.

We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules, with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within a caregiver-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention.
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions.
• Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
