Job summary

Aging Well Health Care, LLC is seeking caregivers in Missouri to support homebound clients across Lincoln, Warren, and St. Charles counties. You will provide compassionate daily assistance in clients' homes, building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility help, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation, delivering safe, reliable care with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility and transfers.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes.
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation or errands.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
