Job summary

Executive Home Care of St. Louis seeks caring caregivers to provide essential personal care in clients’ homes throughout the St. Louis area.

You will join a compassionate team dedicated to improving lives and delivering high-quality in-home support. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and health monitoring, while maintaining strong communication with the care team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders and medication management.
• Meal planning and preparation per dietary requirements.
• Monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Health monitoring and reporting changes to the care team.
• Document care provided and observations.
