Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in the comfort of their homes in Arvada, CO. You will deliver patient-focused daily living assistance with empathy and reliability.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team environment. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required; 2 forms of ID and direct deposit enrollment are requested.

• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
