Job summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for older adults in the Houston area. You will offer companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments while ensuring safety and dignity.

We provide flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for development and a caring work environment where you're valued as

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
