Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, prepare meals, and help with household tasks to maintain dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of caregiver experience, plus CPR and a CNA/HHA credential or HHA competency.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test
• Current CPR Certification
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
