Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, helping clients with daily activities and personal care. You will promote independence, dignity, and safety while delivering reliable companionship and practical assistance in the comfort of clients' homes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and valid driver’s license.
• 6 months caregiver experience (professional or familial).
• CNA/HHA certification or HHA competency test is required.
• CPR certification current.
• Background check (Level 2) required by AHCA.
• TB clearance per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and ensure client dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Maintain safe, confidential handling of information and report changes to supervisors.

External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Housekeeping and Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
