Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but a caring heart matters most).
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
• A warm, empathetic, patient approach to care.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable and able to follow a client's individualized care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide medication reminders and support with routines.
• Plan and prepare meals meeting dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor health and safety, report changes to the care team.
