Job summary

Executive Home Care in Town and Country, Missouri is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential in-home personal care and support to clients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and health monitoring, while following care plans and maintaining detailed records.

We offer competitive pay ($19.00–$22.00/hour), flexible scheduling, paid training, PPE provided, and opportunities for ongoing development within a supportive team

Qualifications

Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work with a care team.
Willingness to collaborate with clients and family.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Give medication reminders and support routine management of medications.
Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
Monitor health status and report changes to the care team; document care provided.
