Visiting Angels – Upland is recruiting caring individuals to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and safe transport to appointments and social activities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid California driver's license with an insured vehicle, and can pass background checks. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth through scholarships and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid California Driver’s License (Out-of-state licenses not accepted).
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (listed as insured driver).
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV check.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – assistance with registration if needed.
• Negative TB test (cost covered).
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Two professional references.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments or social outings (as needed).
