Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Completion of the twenty-hour training program.
• Six months of personal care/home care experience preferred.
• Ability to observe, report, and document client care clearly.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe home environment for the client.
• Assist with household chores: cooking, cleaning, laundry.
• Assist with shopping, appointments, and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing when appropriate.
• Maintain timely service records of visits and activities.
• Participate in client care conferences and team meetings.
