Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and families.

• Understanding of aging processes and basic nutrition knowledge.
• Ability to observe, report, and record client care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe home environment for the client.
• Assist with household chores including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Help with outside activities such as shopping and appointments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene when appropriate.
• Maintain timely service records of visits.
• Attend client care conferences and training meetings.
