Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.

• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.

• Physical endurance for required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and exercise routines.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shop as needed.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the client care plan.
