Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home in Monee, IL. We offer paid training, hourly pay ranging from $19 to $20, flexible hours, and weekly pay to support your meaningful career in non-medical home care.

Join a caring team, follow care plans, and assist with medication reminders, mobility, personal care, light housekeeping, and errands. Must have 1+ year home care experience and a valid drivers license.

Qualificações

• Caregiving experience is required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders and assistance as needed.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, and appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support exercises and physical therapy as directed.
• Shop for clients or accompany them on errands.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan as prescribed.
