Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking kind, dependable caregivers to support our clients in Missouri through the CDS program. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence in the home. Prior experience isn’t required; heart and reliability matter most.

We offer weekly pay and flexible schedules, with ongoing team support and opportunities to grow your skills. Spanish-speaking caregivers are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Registered on the FCSR or willing to register.
• Able to pass E-Verify (legal eligibility to work in the U.S.)
• Reliable — our clients depend on you!
• Willing to learn — no experience required, but heart is a must!
• Looking for someone who speaks Spanish

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Light cooking, cleaning & running errands
• Be someone they can talk to, trust & smile with
• Support independence in the comfort of home
