Job summary

Right at Home is seeking dedicated PCA caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the Temecula Valley and North County San Diego areas. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings, days, overnights, weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• English literacy required; bilingual a plus
• Experience in caregiving or with dementia/hospice is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Complete household tasks and meal preparation
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments
• Provide companionship and cognitive stimulation
• Administer medication reminders
• Support prescribed range-of-motion exercises
