Job summary

Right at Home Temecula is looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized in‑home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in clients’ homes. You will be part of a supportive team that emphasizes thorough training, resources, and ongoing assistance to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include helping with transfers, daily living tasks, meal prep, errands, bathing, medication reminders, basic ROM exercises, and meaningful companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA/Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving clients within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, linens, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, showering, dressing and grooming.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed ROM exercises.
• Provide companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
