Always Best Care Chicagoland in Lemont, IL is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping and meal prep.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, mileage between clients, and benefits such as health insurance. Both full-time and part-time roles available with supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience: 1+ years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license.
• Must be able to work full-time or part-time.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
