Job summary

Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Frankfort, IL. You will provide medication reminders, assist with mobility and personal care, help with appointments, and perform light housekeeping following each client’s care plan.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, direct deposit, flexible hours, mileage between visits, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of home care experience is required
• Driver's license
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time
• Must be able to work in the USA
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises and routines
• Shop for clients or accompany them on shopping trips
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator
• Act quickly in emergencies
• Follow the care plan and updates
