Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in La Grange, IL. You will provide medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and transport support, following each client’s care plan.

The role requires 1+ year home care experience, reliability, and a caring bedside manner. We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, and benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year home care experience required.
• Willing to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility at home or on outings.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and exercises as prescribed.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shops as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and respond to emergencies.
• Follow the client care plan.
