Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraints
• Respectful and compassionate with good bedside manner
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Driver's license
• Physical endurance for tasks
• Must be able to work in the USA
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to work full-time or part-time

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility at home or outside
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help with physical therapy and exercises
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator
• Act quickly in emergencies
• Follow the care plan
