Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals in their homes in Tucson and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

The position offers schedule flexibility and pay between $15.15 and $17.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, holiday pay, paid sick leave, and potential profit

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Must pass required background checks.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training will be provided if certification is not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living in private homes.
• Help with personal care, meal planning, and light housekeeping.
• Support community involvement and independent living goals; maintain a safe, respectful, confidential environment.
