Job summary

Christian Living Communities offers home care services in Colorado. The role provides personal care, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping to seniors based on client assignments rather than a fixed schedule.

As a caregiver, you will document services, monitor client needs, and report changes to your supervisor. A high school diploma and 6 months of relevant experience are required, plus a valid CO driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of healthcare/home care experience.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license in good standing.
• Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe home environment for the client.
• Assist with personal care needs including bathing and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Document services and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
