Qualifications

• 6 months experience in an adult day, healthcare, or home care environment serving seniors.
• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services according to service arrangements.
• Maintain home environment safety and security for clients.
• Prepare and plan nutritious meals for clients.
• Assist clients with personal cares and companionship.
• Document services provided and report changes.
